As a single mom of three (yes, it’s a vibrant, sometimes chaotic life!), I understand the challenges of juggling everything life throws our way. My journey, marked by resilience and healing from past traumas, has fueled my commitment to guiding you through your obstacles and towards your most authentic self.

As a Reiki Master and Certified Life Coach, I bring a blend of practical tools and intuitive insight to our work together. I am constantly evolving, learning, and investing in my skills to provide you with the best possible support.
